The kind of unpretentious kitchen locals actually eat at, serving keshi yena, stewed goat and fresh fish the way an Aruban grandmother would rather than a version adjusted for visiting palates. Portions are large and the prices stay well under what the resort strip charges for comparable cooking. It is a short walk from the cruise terminal but sees far fewer tourists than the restaurants directly on Main Street, which if anything makes it more worth the detour.
