Set inside a 175 year old Aruban family home filled with antiques the owners actually grew up with, most tables spill out into a lush courtyard garden strung with lights. The signature dish arrives on a heated volcanic stone so it keeps cooking at the table, usually a mix of local catch and shellfish. It runs a genuine family history alongside the food, three generations have cooked here, which is rarer than the fusion label on the menu suggests.
