A converted fishing dock in the old fishing village of Savaneta where the catch is weighed at the counter, fried or grilled to order, and eaten at picnic tables over the water while pelicans wait for scraps. There is no menu in the traditional sense, you point at what looks good in the case and it comes back twenty minutes later. It is consistently named among the island's best restaurants despite having no walls, no reservations and no printed prices, which tells you everything about how it earns the reputation.
